Speakers will discuss innovative practice that utilizes Medicaid within a "self-directed" HCBS waiver inWisconsin. In addition, means are described for helping people with disabilities build assets or wealth, including through the use of "Individual Development Accounts."
Opportunities for individuals to contribute to their communities through service in Americorps, VISTA or Learn to Serve will also be 7discussed.
