NDI's Real Economic Impact Tour Convenes its First Leadership Circle Meeting Back to news
Wednesday, May 16, 2012

This week, National Disability Institute's Real Economic Impact Tour hosted its first Leadership Circle Meeting. The Leadership Circle is comprised of eight (8) individuals from across the country that support free tax preparation, financial education and asset development opportunities for persons with disabilities. The Leadership Circle membership includes 2 representatives from each IRS Area (4 areas) – one represents a free tax preparation coalition and one represents a disability organization. The Leadership Circle will provide an important role in providing direction and insight in the delivery of services provided by NDIs REI Tour to coalitions across the country while enhancing economic opportunities for persons with disabilities. Members were selected based on their knowledge, expertise and long standing partnership with the Real Economic Impact Tour.
